90 minutes look like.

Most people arrive expecting to be sold something. We've made the first visit boring on purpose: listen, scan, explain, and write down a plan. You leave with a printed estimate. No pressure to commit.

    10 minutes. We ask what's bothering you, what you've been told before, and what you're hoping for.

    Quiet, modern scan

    No film, no goop. Intra-oral camera and 3D scan. You see your own teeth on the screen with us.

    Plan, in plain language

    We rank what's urgent, what can wait, and what is purely cosmetic. Nothing is bundled to feel inevitable.

  4. Step 04

    Walk out with a price

    A printed estimate with insurance pre-checked. Decide later. We don't follow up unless you ask.

05 — Honest answers

ask before booking.

Will it hurt? +

Almost never. We use computer-assisted anesthesia (the wand) for most procedures, which is far slower and far less painful than a manual injection. 95% of our patients report no pain at all during treatment.

Do you take my insurance? +

Probably yes. We work directly with Clalit Mushlam, Maccabi Sheli, Meuhedet Adif, and Leumit Zahav. For private insurance (Harel, Migdal, Phoenix) we file the paperwork on your behalf — you don't see the form.

What if I have anxiety? +

Tell us when you book. We add 30 minutes to the visit, walk you through every step before it happens, and offer light sedation if you want it. You can also sit in the chair without any treatment on the first visit. We've done this many times.

How fast can I be seen? +

First-time check-up: usually within 5–7 days. Emergencies: same day, including Saturdays. Book online — you'll see real availability, not a "we'll call you back" form.

Can I bring my kids? +

Yes. We have a separate pediatric room with a hygienist who specializes in children. Mornings are quietest. Bring something they like.
